This session covered the definition/criteria for significant non-compliance (SNC), as well as how to prevent your facility from being in SNC. It also demonstrated how to search for your facility in U.S. EPA’s Enforcement and Compliance History Online (ECHO) database and how to understand your facility’s compliance history.
