Bio Complete 3 is claimed to support easier digestion, better weight management, more energy, less unhealthy cravings, and improved muscle strength by using what Dr. Gundry calls the “3-Pronged Defense” to gut health:
1. Boost probiotic levels, so you have an abundance of good gut bacteria
2. Boost prebiotic levels, so your good gut bacteria have the proper fuel to thrive
3. Boost butyrate (a.k.a. postbiotic) levels, so you can achieve an “ironclad” gut lining (and help combat issues of “leaky gut,” like low energy and cravings for unhealthy food)
Dr. Steven Gundry is an author and nutritional researcher. He is a former cardiac surgeon and currently runs his own clinic that investigates the impact of diet on and individual's health.
Gundry conducted cardiac surgery research in the 1990s and was a pioneer in infant heart transplant surgery. He is a New York Times best-selling author of The Plant Paradox: The Hidden Dangers in "Healthy" Foods That Cause Disease and Weight Gain.
He is best known for his disputed claims that lectins, a type of plant protein found in numerous foods, cause inflammation resulting in many modern diseases. Scientists and dieticians have classified Gundry's claims about lectins as pseudoscience.
Lectin Shield (another product I ordered and unbox in the video) is purported to help the body shield itself against the damage lectins do as they travel through the digestive system.
