• Family Building Strategies: A woman’s fertility typically peaks in their late 20s. By a woman’s mid-30s much of her egg supply is often gone or of poor quality. If you are planning on having three children, you may want to consider freezing your eggs at an earlier age to preserve your eggs for use later in life.
• The First Step: Speak with your gynecologist or primary care provider to see if they recommend that you see a fertility specialist (reproductive endocrinologist).
• Your First Visit at a Fertility Clinic: Your physician will review your medical history, perform some bloodwork and other diagnostic tests, and then formulate a treatment plan specifically for you.
