Chicken Chapli Kabab is a simple yet tasty kababs made using Chicken and few special masalas ground together and made into flat shaped kababs then shallow fried on pan.
LET US LEARN THE METHOD OF MAKING THESE KABABS

1.Boneless chicken - 1/2 kilo cut them and grind
2.Ingredients to be added to this ground chicken are
Crushed Coriander seeds - 1 tablespoon
Crushed Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
Dried red chilies crushed - 1 tablespoon
Crushed black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Pomegranate seeds crushed or powdered - 1 teaspoon
Black salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Garam masala powder - 1 teaspoon
Chopped green chilies - 3
Crushed ginger and garlic - 1 tablespoon
Corn flour - 1 tablespoon
Gram flour - 1 tablespoon
Egg - 1
Few chopped coriander leaves
Few chopped mint leaves
Chopped onion - 2 small sized
Tomato chopped - 1 big sized
Salt as per taste
3.Mix them well and marinate for thirty minutes
4.After marination give them flat shapes as shown
5.In a pan heat oil - 1 tablespoon and fry these kababs probably one at a time or two to three depending upon the size of the pan
6.Serve them hot with green chutney
