For my engagement party I wanted to incorporate so one of a kind decorations. I looked high and low on Pinterest and after looking through hundreds of pins I landed on these hula hoop wreaths. They were the perfect addition to our party. The best part.... THEY WERE SO EASY TO MAKE. All you need is one hula hoop, spray paint, artificial vine with flowers, jewelry or floral wire, and a foam board. All together it took me half an hour from start to finish.
