Migrants arriving in New York city on Tuesday had a chance to meet with Timothy Cardinal Dolan and leaders of the Catholic Charities organization, who say they are facing an unprecedented situation, asking for federal assistance with the more than 1,000 migrants who have arrived in the last month and a half.
