We took a much needed break from the Twin Cities and drove 2 hours north to Duluth, Minnesota! We spent a day doing fun activities, sight seeing, and of course eating! We visited Phoholic for some pho and other goodies! Adventure Park in Spirit Mountain has a coaster you can control as you wind through the forest in blazing speed! The New Scenic Cafe is a cute little place just 30 minutes north of Duluth. It has a scenic route you can follow and has a beautiful view of Lake Superior, not to mention they have one of the best curry dishes we've ever had!
