Fishing nets and safety nets are important tools for industry and fisheries, but they also pose a major threat to the environment. Take fishing nets as an example. Every year, many tons of fishing nets flow into the ocean, posing a serious threat to marine life.
How to recycle fishing nets and safety nets?
They are usually made of nylon, PE, PP, HDPE, and can be recycled in two steps: shredding and granulation. In the shredding process, single-shaft and double-shaft shredders are generally used, but they are expensive and have high operating costs, which are not suitable for small-scale production. For this reason, we designed a soft material shredder that can handle fishing nets or safety nets well. This equipment breaks our original understanding of shredders. It is cheap, simple in structure, low in operating cost and high in efficiency.
