He met the family of the deceased as the nation is shocked and horrified over the incident. The Chief Minister made a public statement and said that the people who have been severely injured in the incident have been admitted in the nearest medical college. Prime Minister Narendra Modi also expressed his condolensces on the matter. The incident has led to widespread distress in the country with many asking for the reasons behind so many lives being lost.
