Either you go for water or to school. This is the choice that thousands of children have to face. And the decision isn't hard to make: water is essential for life, school is not. These children would really like to learn but without their help their families' households would stop functioning. They have no choice.They have no choice also because lack of water is harmful for their health. Not every village has a school and not every school has toilets. Lack of hygiene increases the risk of contracting diseases which make learning impossible. No education means no chance to get out of poverty and gain access to clean water.
