On April 13th, 2024, police in Panama City Beach, Florida, responded to a Walmart theft involving three suspects: a 45-year-old man and two young women, aged 20 and 19. Using Walmart's advanced surveillance, asset protection agents discovered the trio bypassing the self-checkout process, attempting to steal over $250 worth of merchandise. Upon questioning and a thorough search, additional stolen items, including a chicken shoplifting bag, were found. One suspect's nervous behavior hinted at further issues, leading to an extended investigation. The group was arrested, facing charges of theft and potentially more based on concealed items or prior warrants.
