Dino’s Tinker Shed, S2-Ep19. I show you how to service an ATV’s differentials on my KLF400 Bayou.
In this episode I will walk you through how I service the front and rear differentials on my 1993 Kawasaki KLF400 Bayou. This process is similar on most other ATV’s or any vehicle that uses an oil bathed differential system to transmit power.
The process is very easy, I should know as I am not a mechanic, just someone who likes to tinker in my spare time to both learn and save some money.
I do provide information on the oil that the KLF uses however if you are working on a different machine, you really should get yourself a manual or at least spend some time reviewing web sites and forums that provide the needed information you require.
As always, I provide time code chapters down bellow so you can navigate around if you like.
