BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. (WPMI) A Baldwin County Grand Jury has indicted two men on capital murder charges in connection with a shooting back in January.Twenty-two-year-old Immanuel Jenkins and 24-year-old Bruce Salter are accused of killing 21-year-old Donald Howard.Howard was shot and killed in the Montrose community. His remains were found more than a week later in a Mobile cemetery.Jenkins and Salter are behind bars in Baldwin County without bail.
