Once applied to a Pulse Rifles, the "High Ground" perk provides Kill Clip like damage, simply for standing inches above your enemies. There are lots of different weapons that this can be applied to and I'll continue to search for the Pulse Rifle I think it feels best on. For now though, I suggest you all start grinding for one! Enjoy!
