Operating in chaos and uncertainty. The COVID-19 crisis drove global organisations to quickly adapt their working practices to cope with a complex and evolving global pandemic. While these changes were born out of necessity, they have forced leaders to urgently review traditional ways of working and quickly establish new approaches to leading their teams.

The Foundation for Leadership through Sport (FLS) and the Centre for Army Leadership (CAL) have brought together senior leadership from across business, sport, and the military.

This ‘Virtual Conference’ will be hosted by Bob Reeves Director of FLS and Lieutenant Colonel Langley Sharp MBE SO1 Leadership at the CAL, with Frank Dick MBE and Colonel Lucy Giles chairing sessions throughout the day.
