Foreigners who have a permanent or temporary residence permit in Ukraine can add their document to their smartphone.

In the Diia app, you can add those documents that were received after 2018 (in the form of plastic cards).

The residence permit in the Diia app will completely replace plastic, with the application it will be possible to receive all those public services in Ukraine for which it was necessary to present a card.
