M9 News Journalist Nishant sat with Senior Producer Bellamkonda Suresh on the occasion of 25 years of career as a producer and his comeback to films after a gap.
Bellamkonda Suresh remembered his journey, the achievements, the problems, the break to help his sons, and the way forward in the industry.
He analysed how the industry changed in these years, how daily payments to artists are killing the industry, etc.
Bellamkonda produced NTR's Aadi and Balakrishna's Chenna Keshava Reddy in a single year.
"Back then, they used to note to talk but there were no problems. In fact, Balakrishna called me after watching and appreciated me for Aadi. After my film, they came together for the first in the public for an awards function," Bellamkonda said.
We asked him about if Chenna Keshava Reddy was finished in a hurry to compete with Indra. He revealed some interesting issues he faced during that time.
We asked him how he was able to start another film (Har Har Mahadeva) even after the shooting incident involving Balakrishna.
Bellamkonda had an interesting answer when we if there were problems for NTR's films due to TDP after he parted ways with the party after 2009 elections.
The ace producer also spoke about how he helped Samantha when she faced a skin problem but said it is not Myositis.
He also revealed his plans for future and how satisfied he is with the way the careers of his sons are progressing.
