1 ½ Tablespoons Soy Sauce
2 Teaspoons Vinegar
2 Teaspoons Sugar
2 Teaspoons Mirin
1 Tablespoon Salt

Tip:
Dry the kelp only half-way, don't let it dry completely
Choose finely ground salt so it will easily stick to the kelp.
