My friend came over the next day and we shamelessly finished the whole pan. lol the only change i will make next time is to add another 1/4 cup of milk to thin the sauce out more. Sorry for the omnivores who are on whole 30 as this is only compliant for vegans because of the beans. but if you just want a delicious dip then here you go!!! Superbowl is literally days away and if you are assigned a dish you already know what to do.
Here are the measurements for Spinach Dip:
Half a medium white onion
3 cloves of garlic
As much spinach as you like because you know it will shrink lol
One Can of white beans
1/2 cup raw cashews soaked (overnight or in hot water for an hour)
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup non dairy milk
juice of half a lemon
Artichokes( i used 7.5 ounce but larger will not hurt also i only drained half the liquid)
Salt and Pepper to taste
