People in the northern Nigerian town of Majiya walk past or gather close to the place where the previous night at least 147 people were killed in a fuel tanker explosion, authorities said. The tragedy is the latest such accident at a time when petrol has become a precious commodity in the country, which is suffering its worst economic crisis in a generation.
