Search Georgia Corporations - [ Ссылка ]
Step 1 -- Go to the Georgia Secretary of State. [ Ссылка ]
Step 2 -- At first it may look like at first that you have to create an account, but if you just Scroll Down you will see the search bar. There are a couple of options such as searching by Entity Name (most popular), Control Number, Document Tracking Number, and Registered Agent Name (RA Name).
Type in your desired search and click on the search button. Be as descriptive as possible as the database will return all the results containing your keywords unless you choose one of the options on the right hand side (contains, exact match, starts with).
Step 3 -- For our sample search we have used the keyword 'georgia' which gave us over 250 results. From here you will have to scroll down again and see what the system returned. When previewing your results, the Secretary of State lets you see the corporation's: Effective Date, Control Number, Effective Date, Status, Type of Entity, and whether it is a profit or non profit entity.
Click on the Name of the Corporation to View it's Information.
Step 4 -- You are now on the Corporation Entity Page. This shows all the data that is on file with the Secretary of State including but not limited to: Principal Office Address, Registered Agent Information, Previous Filings, and all ownership information.
