Spain, which has had one of the strictest lockdowns in Europe, is allowing children to leave their homes, if they're with an adult, for the first time in six weeks. There have been more than 23,000 confirmed deaths in the country

Italy’s Prime Minister has also announced some easing of coronavirus lockdown restrictions in his country. Takeaway food outlets will be able to re-open in May, and visits to relatives will once again be allowed.
The coronavirus crisis and lockdown has created many new challenges. Before the pandemic, drug users in Scotland suffered some of the highest death rates in Europe. Now a GP in Edinburgh, has put together a package of support, with medical students providing addicts with help in their homes.
