Preparation time: 30 minutes
Serves: 2
(Note : From this quantity batter 7 vadas can be made)

Ingredients 👇🏼
📌 2 - 3 medium sized boiled potatoes
📌 4 - 5 tablespoon Singhara atta / Water Chestnut flour
📌 1 tablespoon Black pepper powder
📌 1 tablespoon roasted cumin powder/ Jeera powder
📌 1 tablespoon Chilli ginger paste
📌Salt to taste
📌 Farali green chutney
📌Farali meethi chutney
📌2 cups Curd/ Dahi
📌Oil for frying
📌 Sugar as per sweetness

Method 👇🏼
For Potato mixture :
Take boiled and smashed potatoes add 4-5 tablespoon Singhara atta / water chestnut flour, 1 tablespoon black pepper powder, roasted cumin powder, chilli ginger paste and salt to taste.
Knead a dough
Take small portion and make Vadas as per desired size.
Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown in colour from both sides.
(*Tip*) : After adding vada in oil, keep them for 1 min in oil and then stir it because it might start separating if you will start stirring it immediately.

*For Curd/ Dahi*
Take 2 cups Dahi add sugar as per sweetness and mix well.
(Note : I have added half cup sugar)
*For Farali Chutney*
In mixer jar add half cup roasted peanuts, 2 green chillies, some coriander leaves (optional), salt to taste, lemon juice, half cup coconut and little water
Grind into smooth paste
*For farali meethi chutney*
5 -7 khajur/ Dates ( Deseeded) and jaggery/Gur boil it and let it cool down.
In a mixer jar add boiled khajur and gur, 1 tablespoon roasted cumin powder, salt to taste and grind into smooth paste.
Final Procedure:
Place vadas in serving bowl/ plate, Pour sweet dahi, farali meethi chutney, green chutney.
Sprinkle roasted cumin powder and black pepper powder on it.
Serve immediately.
