To celebrate its 100th anniversary, Gitzo have announced the latest in a series of new products. Perhaps the most exciting of these is a new gimbal fluid head, which combines the action of a standard gimbal head for a camera and telephoto lens, with a fluid panning motion. The clever part is that when you move quickly the fluid part doesn't activate. Only when you pan slowly does it smooth out the motion.
