After cleaning the chickens, we divide them into four parts and season them with a simple yet flavorful mix of salt, turmeric, and pepper. The chicken is then slowly cooked over a gentle charcoal flame, allowing the heat to lock in the flavors. To finish, we let the chicken simmer alongside a special sauce, ensuring a rich, tender taste.
Alongside this delicious grilled chicken, we also prepare rice to complete the meal. This feast, enough to feed 100 people, is shared with those in need in our village.
