Gangs have taken over Haiti's capital Port-Au-Prince. The spokesman for the gangs, a former police officer who now goes by the name "Barbecue", has threatened a civil war and genocide. He says the gangs will not rest until Prime minister Ariel Henry is removed from power. Henry has not been able to enter Haiti. He turned up in Puerto Rico today.
