An employee of the State Security Agency has appeared briefly in the Pretoria Magistrate's Court, for allegedly stealing millions of rand from the agency's Pretoria East Headquarters during the Christmas holidays. 48 year old Khayalethu Mgatyelwa faces charges of house-breaking with intent to steal R17million, and NOT R50m as earlier reported.
