Check out Shawn Locke's 1999 Dakota RT "Flip". Shawn got an X3 with a 93 octane FRP canned "Keg" flash. Unfortunately we did not get before numbers on this dyno but it's generally accepted that a stock or mostly stock 5.9 Dakota RT will make ~180 whp/250-260 wtq. With only a Flowmaster replacement muffler and a high flow cat, it made 199 whp and 299 wtq after tuning! That is approximately 20 whp and 45 wtq over the stock tune , with the only change being the canned tune.
