Thats right, getting down and dirty and talking about the less fun side to living life as a full time Artist!
Business and Art may seem like two very different things but one without the other would leave us penniless and hungry. SO thats where you have to straighten your hair get your business turtle neck on and think like a business woman!
If you can learn to be proactive and create enough of a body of work to consider your own solo show it may be worth making the effort to throw your very own solo show and go through similar steps of advertising your work, but also supporting the show by getting corporate sponsorship and inviting galleries and other artist to view and potentially buy your work this way you create hype and energy around your work encouraging audience, collector and career growth.
