Chioggia is an Italian seaport around 50 km south of Venice, which belongs to the Metropolitan city of Venice. It is the entrance to the Venice Lagoon from the south side.
Chioggia is called also "Little Venice", because it has the same characteristic water canals and small alleys like Venice, inside an old and romantic historic center.
