2008 Dodge Grand Caravan Electrical Problems 2nd time this has happened. The engine would not shut off. The horn and wipers would run. The key was out of the ignition and the motor would still run. Door locks wouldn't work. The first time it happened we replaced the instrument control module! Not cheap! Please leave comments especially if this has happened to you because Dodge Chrysser is not being very helpful to resolve this issue.
