Susan West is President of Fidelity National Title of Florida’s Eastern Operation which comprises 19 branches. She has been with the Fidelity National Title Family since 1993. Susan is a licensed title insurance agent. As District Manager, Susan creates business models for real estate workflow for specialty divisions such as builder, auction, investment, REO and foreclosure. This is in addition to the traditional residential and commercial segments of the ever changing real estate environment over the past few years.
Susan enjoys public speaking, leading and mentoring. She speaks to Realtors®, builders and lenders along with other professionals in the real estate industry on topics such as mortgage fraud, short sales, foreclosures, CFPB Final Rule, fraud and current industry issues. She has a cooperative working relationship with colleagues across the nation from all title insurance underwriters - Chicago Title, Fidelity National Title, Commonwealth Land Title and Alamo Title.
