(22 Apr 1976) Oil Ministers of the thirteen member country Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC)end their surprise secret meeting on Friday (23 April '76) after laying the ground-work for their next conference on the Indonesian island of Bali, next month. delegation members said the Geneva meeting was called to clear up several basic questions of pricing and production policies before the May 27th Bali meeting.
