Hey everyone! Here’s a quick low car keto dessert recipe for fat bombs. When I was losing the bulk of my weight, I tried to stay away from the habit of eating something “sweet” every night (even if it’s low carb) because I didn’t always want to crave it in the new lifestyle I was creating for myself. I recommend making keto desserts only when you truly are missing something sweet and for special occasions. This recipe is great because it can stay in the freezer and you can eat one or two from time to time. Enjoy!
Fat Bomb Recipe:
8 oz softened cream cheese
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 big spoon fulls of Peanut Butter :)
1 tbsp of replacement sugar (I like Swerve)
1/2 cup (or more) of Lily's Chocolate Chips :)
