today i am sharing rasiya muthiya recipe which i have made from left over rice and green vegetables… its so healthy and like one pot meal so friends try out this tasty recipe and here i have given small tips to make soft muthiya so here are ingredients;
for muthiya
1 bowl left over rice
1 bowl cabbage
1 bowl fenugreek
1 bowl bottle gourd
1 bowl + 2 tbsp gram flour
hing
salt
ginger chilly
turmeric
redchilly powder
coriander powder
sugar
oil
for temporing
3 tbsp oil
1/4 tbsp mustard
1/4 tbsp cumin
hing
garlic cloves
red chilly
cloves
curry leaves
fenugreek
red chilly powder
2 glass of water
2 glass of butter milk
