There are various techniques of church manipulation, but you have to know what you are looking for, after spending over 25 years in cultic christianity, this is little bit of the manipulation tactics that I've seen.

This channel is about my journey from minister in a toxic, cultic church group that I joined at the age of 19, back to the real world. I'm still a Christian, but one that is free to explore my spirituality. My doctorate is in divinity and I am not a therapist.
