Beef Short Rib Or Pork Short Rib Sinigang Na May Pakwan is a version of a famous Pinoy Sinigang with slices of watermelon. It has the same sour taste of sinigang and the sweetness of watermelon blended well with all the ingredients and it helped made the dish more savory.
Ingredients:
700 gms pork short ribs
1 1/2 liters of water
2 cups pakwan, cubed
a bunch of string beans
a bunch of kangkong
1 small radish
2 pcs siling pang sigang
1 pc large red onion
fish sauce
salt to taste
1 pc pork bouliion
