Welcome to River Hongbao 2021
Singapore's annual family-centric Chinese New Year event returns in 2021. Nestled among flora and fauna in our esteemed nature park for a safer, socially distanced celebration, River Hongbao lands in Gardens by the Bay for the very first time with dazzling lanterns!

What's more, visitors will also get to release flower lanterns on the beautiful Dragonfly Lake at Gardens by the Bay and receive blessings in return. With more safe management measures in place this year, digital elements will play an integral role in this year, so no one gets left behind for the festive celebrations.

The event is jointly organised by the Singapore Federation of Chinese Clan Associations, Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Singapore Press Holdings' Chinese Media Group, Singapore Tourism Board, People’s Association.
