The Supreme Court has affirmed Abdullahi Sule of the All Progressives Congress as the elected governor of Nasarawa state, dismissing the appeal filed by David Ombugadu, of the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP).
Recall that The Elections petitions tribunal had sacked Abdullahi Sule and declared David Ombugadu, candidate of the Peoples’ Democratic Party winner of the March 18, 2023 election
