We finally arrive in Costa Rica! Our 14 hour travel day came to an end after landing in San Jose, the capital of Costa Rica. When we arrived at our hotel, we did not expect it to be this nice and luxurious. Since we booked this trip so long ago, we forgot this was a 5 star resort.

It was so fun to start our journey with such a relaxing first night after sleeping on an airplane the previous night from Los Angeles to Panama. We also got our first experience with Costa Rican food and with some pleasant people.

We were able to experience the largest city in Costa Rica for one day before we were off to our next adventure in Arenal. Stay tuned for our next video where we may be hiking an ACTIVE volcano!
