Nigerians are still reacting to the decision of the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board canceling general cut-off marks for admission into tertiary institutions. According to JAMB, the institutions are now to set their individual minimum benchmarks for admission.
The Board took the decision at the 2021 policy meeting held in Abuja and where all participants resolved to adhere to the benchmark proposed by the board.
