A video circulating on social media shows two Israeli soldiers blowing up buildings in Gaza after mockingly saying they are ready to negotiate with Hamas.

Recent figures estimate that almost 70 percent of the 439,000 homes and half of the buildings in Gaza have been damaged or destroyed by Israeli attacks in the past three months.
