- 1 small onion or 1/2 large onion
- 8oz sliced baby bella mushrooms
- 1/4~1/3 cup white wine
- 1 Tbsp butter (I use kerry gold salted butter)
- kosher salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup reduced sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 short stems or 1 long stem of fresh tyme
- 1 tsp fresh Italian parsley
