I used to have this sauce written down in a notebook throughout university. Whenever I went fishing and caught a wild bass, I'd steam this dish right in my dorm kitchen. People probably thought I was a bit strange, but now thinking back, totally worth it :p
Ingredients:
1lb fish
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp black vinegar
1 knob of ginger
1 bundle of scallion
2 tablespoons of neutral oil
