At the first visit, we will perform a gynecological exploration to the woman and a gynecological ultrasound and a blood hormone study. The partner will be asked for a seminogram. Once we have the diagnosis, we have some techniques to help achieve pregnancy: the treatment of ovulation stimulation in women, the intrauterine insemination that would consist of introducing the spermatozoa inside the woman's uterus, previously treated at the laboratory, and finally the in vitro fertilization that consists in obtaining the eggs by follicular puncture, fertilize them at the laboratory with the semen of the partner and, once we obtain the embryos, introduce them into the uterus of the future mother.
