Masala Grilled Cheese Sandwich, you need to add this to your weekend meals.
Ingredients:
- 2tbsp Kissan Desi Ghee
- 1 tsp Kissan Garam masala
Kissan Sweet chilli Sauce
- 4 Bread slices (any type)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped 1 tomato, finely chopped 1 green chili, finely chopped (optional)
- Grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
Salt, and pepper powder
Instructions:
Heat a pan, add desi Ghee and sauté onions, tomatoes, green chili with salt, pepper powder and garam masala for 2-3 minutes.
Spread Sweet Chili Sauce on bread slices, add the sautéed mixture, and cheese.
Toast on a pan or grill until golden brown and the cheese melts.
