This rack was custom built by Alternative Energy Discount a not for profit company I purchased my entire solar components from. The rack is built to manually adjust on both axis and best of all so far the rack has been able to with stand winds of mover than 70mph . I still may want to tie down the top corners just for a peace of mind. The pole mounts onto another pole that goes 5 ft into the ground 4 ft of it is concreted in and acts as a grounding pole.
