Road Traffic Authority Chief Executive Officer, Nelson Terema, says the bus strike by PMV operators in Port Moresby, is illegal.
Mr Terema says, PMV operators have breached the terms and conditions of their license.
While condemning the attack on the bus crew, Terema called on PMV owners to resume duties, and allow justice to take its course.
