I am der Geher and am near Travemünde on the Baltic Sea. From Hermannshöhe the path leads through Brodten and back to the cliff coast. Along the Baltic Sea it goes to Hermannshöhe again and a little further into a bird sanctuary.

Between Travemünde and Niendorf lies the cliff, which is about 4km long and up to 20m high, overlooking the Bay of Lübeck. Especially in winter, the cliff is eroded by waves and weather and recedes up to 100cm per year. The largest part is under nature protection. Especially many birds can be found here. There is one of the largest colonies of Bank Swallows here.
