Our weight fluctuations are primarily influenced by the food and drinks we have consumed in the past 24-48 hours. In addition to what you eat and drink, the daily fluctuations we see (or even changes within a single day) are mostly due to variations in water weight, which is lost through urine, sweating, and other bodily functions.
Instead of obsessively weighing yourself, focus on tracking your body composition over a few weeks or a month to measure real progress. If your weight stays the same but you've lost inches, it means you're likely losing fat and gaining muscle, which is a positive sign that you're becoming leaner and more toned.
